All purchases of physical items are conducted under a shipment contract. Consequently, the liability for any loss or damage to these items transfers to you once we have delivered them to the carrier. 

In addition, the risk of loss or damage to digital items will be transferred to you upon the electronic delivery of the product.

Returns, Refunds, and Title

With the exception of authorization from CONTENTS SPACE or as mandated by relevant laws, all payments made via the shopping services (including pre-purchases and subscription fees) are considered final and non-refundable. Additionally, products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they comply with CONTENTS SPACE 's returns and exchanges policy, described below.

Customers are entitled to return or exchange physical items purchased directly from the CONTENTS SPACE platform within 24 business hours of receiving their order, only if the item does not meet requirements and is supported by photographic evidence of the quality issue via our contact channel. Please note that CONTENTS SPACE will not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to providing a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described in the order. 

However, CONTENTS SPACE will not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:.

• Physical items sent back to CONTENTS SPACE after 24 business hours from the time of delivery.

• Physical items that have been opened, unsealed, or have had their tags removed.

• Physical items not in their original state, exhibit signs of use, damage, or are missing components.

• Physical items not purchased directly from the CONTENTS SPACE platform.

• All online services and digital products, which include e-learning courses, online programs, e-books, audiobooks, and digital music.

Sanctions and Export Policy

Access to our products may be restricted for individuals who are under political sanctions. Additionally, such access can be hindered by global emergencies, disruptions in the supply chain, adverse weather conditions, national and international holidays, labor disputes, and inaccuracies in shipping information. It is imperative that you recognize our announcement and adhere to export and re-export regulations concerning goods, software, technology, and services.

Advertisements, Searches, and Links to Other Websites

Location and Survival

CONTENTS SPACE operates from Bangkok, Thailand. CONTENTS SPACE does not assert that the content is suitable for access or download outside of the Kingdom of Thailand. Certain individuals or countries may find access to the content to be illegal. Should you choose to utilize the services from a location outside the Kingdom of Thailand, you do so at your own risk and are accountable for adhering to the legal requirements of your jurisdiction.

The following clauses remain in effect even after the expiration or termination of these Terms of Use for any reason: Location and Survival, Limitation of Liability, Submission of Ideas and Comments, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, No Waiver, and Complete Agreement and Amendment.

Jurisdiction

You acknowledge and agree that any disputes arising with CONTENTS SPACE or related to your use of the CONTENTS SPACE platform shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in the Kingdom of Thailand. Furthermore, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts in relation to any such disputes, including claims involving CONTENTS SPACE, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers.

The Terms of Use outlined herein are governed by the substantive laws of the Kingdom of Thailand without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Should any provision of these Terms of Use be deemed invalid by a court with appropriate jurisdiction, such invalidity will not impact the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue to be in full effect. Additionally, no waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use shall be interpreted as a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.

Termination 

You have the option to discontinue your use of the services at any moment, provided that the applicable terms outlined herein remain in effect. CONTENTS SPACE reserves our right to automatically terminate or revoke your rights under this agreement at any time and without prior notice if we find that you failed to adhere to any of its stipulations. In the event of such termination, we may promptly rescind your access to our services. 

No Waiver

The failure of CONTENT to compel rigorous adherence to any clause within these Terms of Use shall not be interpreted as a relinquishment of CONTENTS SPACE's authority to later enforce that clause or any other clause within this Agreement. Furthermore, any postponement or failure by CONTENTS SPACE to exercise or capitalize on any rights or remedies available under this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights or remedies.
